Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Tomas Berganza sped through Locomotiva grena's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dorian Machado. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Precioso Barcaiztegui kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Locomotiva grena's Dorian Machado got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Faria took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 24 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. Locomotiva grena's Dorian Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 26th minute of play. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dorian Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorian Machado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorian Machado. Dorian Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Locomotiva grena getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dito Mineiro hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Machado having to interfere. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Locomotiva grena were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Panama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Precioso Barcaiztegui took the corner. Precioso Barcaiztegui made a great header on Locomotiva grena's corner, it was just that Panama's Marcos Cotilla managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Panama booed when Locomotiva grena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorian Machado. Locomotiva grena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Alguacil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 62nd minute of play forced Locomotiva grena's goalkeeper Dorian Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Locomotiva grena's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Dorian Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Locomotiva grena defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Machado. The Locomotiva grena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Machado should have stopped the shot. Locomotiva grena's Flavinho Mello was substituted for Dito Mineiro. Alex Cambeiro's late challenge caught a Locomotiva grena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Cambeiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. Locomotiva grena's Tomas Lewandowski shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Cotilla but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Alex Cambeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Machado was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. If Miguel Miralles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dorian Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panama fully deserved thier win.
