Jose Carita hit a great ball. Abandon All Hope's Jiang Sang Qing shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 6th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Cotilla but with some difficulty. Abandon All Hope's Ye Hong suffered a concussion after 10 minutes and had to leave the field. Aaron Barrios's late challenge caught a Abandon All Hope's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Barrios helped the player get up and apologised. Abandon All Hope made a substitution. Izydor Filipkowski replaced Ye Hong. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Izydor Filipkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Panama booed when Abandon All Hope was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Schiavi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Gorzkiewicz in the 29th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Izydor Filipkowski in the 33rd minute. Gilbert Gorzkiewicz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michal Arendarski was the one to do the kick off. Michal Arendarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Arendarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Izydor Filipkowski made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dedê de Castro however managed to control. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Dedê de Castro. 75 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Arendarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Abandon All Hope from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abandon All Hope's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Meng Yan Jing didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Isidoro Sarmiento's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Meng Yan Jing firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Abandon All Hope had won after a very even match.
