Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Rolando Haimar made a throw-in in the 5th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xie Bang Ang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xie Bang Ang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Xie Bang Ang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Samuel Vela managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alonso Berganza in the 25 minute of the game. Rolando Haimar made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xie Bang Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xie Bang Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Haegg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Haegg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Robert Haegg made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xie Bang Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xie Bang Ang. Julian Murillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Robert Haegg took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Florentino Berasko was substituted for Robert Haegg. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Clemente Beltran was substituted for Guaberto Matro. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Berasko's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Florentino Berasko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Xie Bang Ang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alonso Berganza was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 72nd minute of play. After 78 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benjy Muller who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Benjy Muller to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Noboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Gonzales went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 87 minutes into the match, Florentino Berasko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Berasko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 92 minutes into the match, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Tenorio came free, but Xie Bang Ang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save ARedonditos de Ricota CFK from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Florentino Berasko. But to his dismay, Florentino Berasko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ARedonditos de Ricota CFK.
