USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Sazon in the 15th minute of the match. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match Sajones F.C. got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fidel Macerio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Mo Feng Xiang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Pastor Frantzes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Sajones F.C. from getting a goal against them. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Sazon in the 36th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Frantzes having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Edward Mcdonald notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes. Pastor Frantzes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pastor Frantzes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 70th minute of play. Sajones F.C.'s Conrad Airpoel was substituted for Roger Junior. Sajones F.C.'s Rucha Dupak was substituted for Halil Niğdeli. A nice corner shot did that Jacob May got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pastor Frantzes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
