When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Axel Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Marcial Bakar to make any attempt to save it. A sloppy throw-in by Orlando Tafalla in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aves Negras's Enrique Perico. In the 15th minute Enrique Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guter Tobia in the 17th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Marcial Bakar made a huge save. Guter Tobia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Guter Tobia took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guter Tobia in the 30th minute of the match. Enrique Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes of play, Aves Negras's Guter Tobia made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aves Negras's attentive Enrique Perico managed to snatch the ball when Pascual Carballar made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Marcial Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Colombia booed when Aves Negras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marten Descamps didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Aves Negras's Horacio Matro was substituted for Tamer Yalçıner. After a rather tough play, Aves Negras's Andrey Kapitanski got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 79th minute of the match. Luis Cazalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Marcial Bakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Artal might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efrain Artal ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's Efrain Artal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Marcial Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aves Negras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
