Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldinho Meira took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Fontirroig to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute of the match Jorge Sá shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Christiano Trevisan hit a great ball. If Alfonso de la Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alfredo Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfredo Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind José Pedro Abraão. José Pedro Abraão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. José Pedro Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Julio Chicote got a free kick in the 29th minute. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Meira in the 30th minute of the match. If Ronaldo Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Meira in the 41st minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Fernandino to make the kick off. Elói Penha's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elói Penha helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Elói Penha got a free kick in the 52nd minute. José Pedro Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Ferrant, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Morro Grande E.C's Ronaldinho Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alfredo Ferrant came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Ferrant couldn't finish the play. Carlos Augusto Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Augusto Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Carlos Augusto Martins hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alfonso de la Cruz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ronaldinho Meira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. Alfredo Ferrant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Christiano Trevisan in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bolivia's Francisco Gallo. Eduardo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Ronaldo Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Meira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Meira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Camilo Freixa, 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Morro Grande E.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
