In the 4th minute, Svante Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th match minute, Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Norberg to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. The supporters of Bajen booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Caballero in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Nick Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Porto in the 15th minute of the match. Bajen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johan Johansson in the 16th minute. Rafael Bide was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Caballero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Bernardo Caballero in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Porto in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Johan Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bajen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Johansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Sidney Porto made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Nicklas Trøjgaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidney Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Bernardo Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bajen booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Sidney Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sidney Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Sidney Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Bajen's Nicklas Trøjgaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 69th match minute, Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Åhman to maneuver through the defense. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bajen booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rolf Henriksson hit a great ball. Nick Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute of the match. 4-0 became the score in the 87th minute when Rolf Henriksson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Johansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After 93 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Bajen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
