FC Builder Sofia's Gerasim Denishev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute of play. Gerasim Denishev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute. In the 29th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gerasim Denishev in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Xavier Figueroa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gerasim Denishev quite easily take care of the ball. Gerasim Denishev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 36th minute of the match. Gerasim Denishev made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. After 45 minutes of play, FC Builder Sofia's Detelin Borkov made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Detelin Borkov made a kick off. Bozhin Batkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. If Xavier Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerasim Denishev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rostislav Atmadzhov charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rostislav Atmadzhov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Builder Sofia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerasim Denishev having to make a save. Mariano Lacasa scored 6-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerasim Denishev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chile fully deserved thier win.
