A well done corner resulted in Felix Montes drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind 淡泊明志&宁静致远's goalkeeper. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. 董峰辉 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after 淡泊明志&宁静致远's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. 24 minutes into the match, 淡泊明志&宁静致远's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but 董峰辉 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gică Hagi got free with Julio Vera in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when 淡泊明志&宁静致远's 杜荣镇 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 32nd minute, 史松林 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 董峰辉 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the 淡泊明志&宁静致远 defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 董峰辉. The 淡泊明志&宁静致远 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 董峰辉 should have stopped the shot. After 42 played minutes 淡泊明志&宁静致远 got a freekick which was hit by 杜荣镇. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 杜荣镇 made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, 淡泊明志&宁静致远's 董峰辉 got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when 杜荣镇 came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 淡泊明志&宁静致远's 董峰辉 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save 淡泊明志&宁静致远 from getting a goal against them. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gică Hagi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with 董峰辉 in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 杜荣镇, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 淡泊明志&宁静致远 made a substitution. Marcus Rashford replaced 杜荣镇. 淡泊明志&宁静致远 were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gică Hagi took the corner.
