Ionuț Iniesta hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Mădălin Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Benjamin da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Peru booed when Pesqueira City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ni Yuan Zhen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 56th minute when Julian Murillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin da Fonseca in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cui Ling Jing, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Pesqueira City made a substitution. Luiz Pesquera replaced Cristiano Bezerra. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 80th minute. Luz Tejedor made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that Pesqueira City's Mădălin Lunca managed to reach the ball for a save. 83 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
