After 9 played minutes FALCÕES VERDES got a freekick which was hit by Emre Çeliksu. 10 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Jiang Yu Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin. Jiang Yu Lin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Jiang Yu Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Betinho Lenzi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Betinho Lenzi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betinho Lenzi in the 40th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emre Çeliksu in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FALCÕES VERDES's Kai Havertz got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vivaldo Ferreira during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 89th minute. The corner ended in Alberto Tafalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin did a great save. In the 94th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Yu Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jiang Yu Lin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FALCÕES VERDES throughout the match.
