The supporters of KANLICA FK booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peder Fossingkjær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peder Fossingkjær, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. KANLICA FK's Grigore Dinculescu got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grigore Dinculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 34th minute of play forced KANLICA FK's goalkeeper José Carlos Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KANLICA FK's Peder Fossingkjær got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a free kick in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grigore Dinculescu. When Primitivo Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Escribano couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Paraguay booed when KANLICA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Mardare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Primitivo Escribano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Carlos Mendonça showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The corner led Paraguay's Jaime Pardo to fire away a dangerous shot which José Carlos Mendonça despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Peder Fossingkjær made the kick off in the second half. Peder Fossingkjær took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Peder Fossingkjær elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Elixio Estrada took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. José Carlos Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peder Fossingkjær struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KANLICA FK. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peder Fossingkjær in the 75th minute of play. Nistor Ghelmegean might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Ghelmegean ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Ghelmegean, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. José Carlos Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 83rd minute of play forced KANLICA FK's goalkeeper José Carlos Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Fossingkjær in the 85th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Elixio Estrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
