King Kobra was slow to take the kick. During this time Kobra TEAM's players had a chance to rest. Kobra TEAM's Amauri Lopes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 18 minutes into the game, Carlo Bracchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kobra TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. In the 19th minute of the match Milagros Fraga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but King Junior showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amauri Lopes in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Kobra TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Bracchi to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amauri Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amauri Lopes in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Ionică Lucescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Peru were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Kobra TEAM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The supporters of Peru booed when Kobra TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. King Kobra didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Aristides Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kobra TEAM! Kobra TEAM:s King Junior showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 65th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Eliseo Mina to score against King Junior in Kobra TEAM's goal. 1-2 after 65 minutes. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. King Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 78th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amauri Lopes in the 82nd minute of the match. Amauri Lopes spun around in front of the goal 82 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Peru's goal. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amauri Lopes in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Paiva. Ionică Lucescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
