Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Tractorul Satulung -MM- defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Panait Hațegan. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Panait Hațegan should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mădălin Cangeopol struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tractorul Satulung -MM-. In the 13th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alper Benli in the 17th minute of play. Mădălin Cangeopol struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tractorul Satulung -MM-. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alper Benli, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Heintje Gamarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alper Benli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 42 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Alper Benli. Panait Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alper Benli to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Marius Tănasă got a free kick in the 50th minute. Mădălin Cangeopol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 53rd minute of play. Panait Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 56th minute of the match. Mădălin Cangeopol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Panait Hațegan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 68th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panait Hațegan. Panait Hațegan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 73rd minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Panait Hațegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mădălin Cangeopol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panait Hațegan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 95 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Hațegan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 96 minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
