Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Örtendal came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Matanza and Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Tello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Renan Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. A collision led to Matanza and Steelers getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Edmondo Aloisi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 15th minute of play forced Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper Renan Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Matanza and Steelers were awarded a corner. Jimmy Örtendal went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Matanza and Steelers's corner Jimmy Örtendal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Renan Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Matanza and Steelers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Renan Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Jimmy Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Matanza and Steelers's César Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matanza and Steelers's Renan Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Ulrico Herzog tried to sneak it across the goal line. 51 minutes into the match, Ulrico Herzog dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Örtendal in the 57th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Matanza and Steelers's Jimmy Örtendal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Matanza and Steelers's Renan Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 60th minute of play. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matanza and Steelers made a substitution. Wiliam Peixoto replaced Aaron Tello. Ulrico Herzog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiliam Peixoto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 73rd playminute. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Renan Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Gonza Victoria. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matanza and Steelers's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Matanza and Steelers's Ulrico Herzog. But to his dismay, Ulrico Herzog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leysus Oktavianus in the 91st minute of the match. Matanza and Steelers's Jimmy Örtendal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Matanza and Steelers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
