After a rather tough play, Curacao's Bertie Johnson got a free kick in the 27th minute. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Raymundo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Raymundo in the 41st minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Davies to make the kick off. A collision led to XV de Indaial getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Sílvio Coutinho hit a great ball. Bruno Barrett didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when XV de Indaial's Ovidio Raymundo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After 81st play minutes Ovidio Raymundo shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Bruno Barrett and just under the crossbar into goal. Ovidio Raymundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. After 93 minutes, Sílvio Coutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XV de Indaial and the Curacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes XV de Indaial got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Coutinho. The Curacao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. XV de Indaial were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
