The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Mario Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Gallo's late challenge caught a Ali Daei FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Gallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gallo to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Chicote hit a great ball. Ali Daei FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
