Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. József Hidegkúti kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 彭辉义. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Sayılgan in the 7th minute of play. Racing FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Şafak Yıldız took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play forced Racing FC's goalkeeper Dedé Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 彭辉义 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Racing FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Şafak Yıldız took the corner. In the 17th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 彭辉义 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Rolando Noboa 29 minutes into the match. Dedé Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Sayılgan in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, 彭辉义 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Moises Gayoso in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing FC's József Hidegkúti.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darron Candido to make the kick off. Dedé Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Ahmet Efe Sayılgan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, Racing FC's Abbas Dersu got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Racing FC's Dedé Dionísio got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Efe Sayılgan in the 57th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Louis Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 72nd minute of play forced Racing FC's goalkeeper Dedé Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Efe Sayılgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Noboa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Peru booed when Racing FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ensar Çakır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Abbas Dersu made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darron Candido in the 94th minute of the match. Racing FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
