The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Gilvan de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atahan Balon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Gilvan de Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Atahan Balon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 1-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Efrain Jacob elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Gilvan de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilvan de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomás Vides made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sander Tielemans in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Damian Honesto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomás Vides, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Muchachos del 86's Damian Honesto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thomás Vides. That made the score 3-1 after 25 minutes of play. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's attentive Controller Junel managed to snatch the ball when Ladislao Constancio made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. Thomás Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Honesto in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Gilvan de Lara got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ booed when Los Muchachos del 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Controller Junel came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Controller Junel couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute Damian Honesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Honesto came free, but Thomás Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the game Ladislao Constancio made a throw-in which Sander Tielemans played forward. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Damian Honesto made the kick off in the second half. Thomás Vides didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Honesto went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the game, Los Muchachos del 86's Efrain Jacob nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomás Vides made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Thomás Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Bencivenni in the 64th minute of the match. Gilvan de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Efrain Jacob scored 7-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomás Vides, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Muchachos del 86's Jérémie Boix was substituted for Efrain Jacob. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Luka Ljubenković replaced Damian Honesto. Thomás Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jérémie Boix, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Amadeu Bertassi charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jérémie Boix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Asiz Soon scored 10-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomás Vides, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Los Muchachos del 86 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
