Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Judas Verón took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Judas Verón came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Judas Verón sped through Vykans Vikingar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcus Ekrot. 10 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Ekrot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Ekrot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Hermansson in the 17th minute of the match. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Judas Verón, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Leonardo Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Bernardo Raggio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Judas Verón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ekrot came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón. But to his dismay, Judas Verón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Judas Verón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Mutumba to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Belgrano de Pibasog were awarded a corner. Pawel Grabowicz went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Belgrano de Pibasog's corner Silvio Abadia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus Ekrot quite easily take care of the ball. Abdi Revis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Hílton Souza put in a rough tackle. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Trancoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Eustaquio Fortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mutumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 64th minute of play. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 68th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tage Glanselius during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Glanselius to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Iulian Ilinca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot. Iulian Ilinca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Belgrano de Pibasog's Silvio Abadia got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Iulian Ilinca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot, 2-5. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Haglund replaced Martin Mutumba. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Abadia in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Silvio Abadia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgrano de Pibasog fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. 88 minutes into the match, Iulian Ilinca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iulian Ilinca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. In the 92nd match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. Iulian Ilinca's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Ekrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belgrano de Pibasog walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
