Torstein Stenseth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pentti Ojala got free with Torstein Stenseth in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Corinthians FC's goalkeeper Torstein Stenseth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pentti Ojala. Torstein Stenseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaizka Mendieta in the 13th minute of the match. Torstein Stenseth made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Pentti Ojala sent off a good shot on target. Todd Townson hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Pentti Ojala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torstein Stenseth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Torstein Stenseth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Sawicki's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. A hard shot 37 in the game by Pentti Ojala from a close distance when the talented Torstein Stenseth managed to make a qualified save. Corinthians FC's players were relieved. Torstein Stenseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaizka Mendieta in the 38th minute of play. Iwo Sawicki took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torstein Stenseth. Torstein Stenseth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 47 played minutes Corinthians FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Hondaro. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Tiger's Pentti Ojala in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthians FC's goalie prevented a goal. 54 minutes into the match, Corinthians FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Sawicki came free, but Torstein Stenseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwo Sawicki scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torstein Stenseth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Torstein Stenseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louis Leißner in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the Corinthians FC defense, Louis Leißner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torstein Stenseth. The Corinthians FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torstein Stenseth should have stopped the shot. Tiger's Ingo Ustorf was substituted for Rudolf Speed. In the 71st minute, Gaizka Mendieta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torstein Stenseth was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Tiger made a substitution. Marten Weise replaced Iwo Sawicki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francis Curtis in the 77th minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Josef Witlatschil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tiger's Pentti Ojala in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthians FC's goalie prevented a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Louis Leißner notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Corinthians FC's Torstein Stenseth. Torstein Stenseth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Tiger's Josef Witlatschil got control of the ball when Francis Curtis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Francis Curtis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Josef Witlatschil. Francis Curtis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 9-1. There was no doubt that Tiger were the better team. Tiger's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
