The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernardo Raggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 10th minute of play. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Brysz in the 14th minute of play. José Maria Goiano was a little too slow when Judas Verón got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Brysz in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Witold Bronicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachariasz Rzentkowski made in the 27th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kalle Billberg immediately put the ball in play. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 33rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Judas Verón took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for José Maria Goiano to make any attempt to save it. If Witalis Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Maria Goiano was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Judas Verón capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Judas Verón really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witalis Brysz made a kick off. The supporters of Poetass FC booed when Belgrano de Pibasog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Abadia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution. Melquiades Henrico replaced Justino Frederico. If Judas Verón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvio Abadia might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Maria Goiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvio Abadia ran back to his position shaking his head. Judas Verón scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Maria Goiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Poetass FC's Cássio Maia was substituted for Witold Bronicki. In the 84th minute Iulian Ilinca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Iulian Ilinca came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iulian Ilinca couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Iulian Ilinca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria Goiano came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano de Pibasog's Iulian Ilinca. But to his dismay, Iulian Ilinca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution. Garcia Morros replaced Honorato Jerrold. Belgrano de Pibasog were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Poetass FC for a fine match.
