In the 6thth minute of the game Matías Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mikolaj Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matías Mendes took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikolaj Jerzyk. Mikolaj Jerzyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Manuel Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 11th minute. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Angelsø in the 14th minute of play. The corner ended in Matías Mendes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk did a great save. The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Newcastle United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Vollmar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pankracy Malicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izaltina FAD's Manuel Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Izaltina FAD from getting a goal against them. After having played for 26 minutes, Matías Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izaltina FAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matías Mendes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. William Angelsø hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Adam Pacholewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Manuel Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matías Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Jerzyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Newcastle United getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Thomas Vollmar hit a great ball. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Well-Well Waack, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Malicki got free with Manuel Alves in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Waack in the 43rd minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Adam Pacholewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Alves. Izaltina FAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Pacholewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Filip Orling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Vollmar to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Izaltina FAD's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Malicki came free, but Manuel Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Kaido Lilleorg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Izaltina FAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaido Lilleorg to maneuver through the defense. William Angelsø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Newcastle United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Erland to maneuver through the defense. Mikolaj Jerzyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matías Mendes in the 64th minute. After 66 minutes Newcastle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benito Lain who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice moves Matías Mendes could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Mikolaj Jerzyk however easily saved by the left post. Mikolaj Jerzyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matías Mendes in the 69th minute. Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Newcastle United from getting a goal against them. After 75 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Pankracy Malicki. After having played for 78 minutes, Thomas Vollmar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izaltina FAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pankracy Malicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Matías Mendes sent off a good shot on target. Pankracy Malicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Alves having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Izaltina FAD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Newcastle United.
