A collision led to Meerkats FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. George Axiaq hit a great ball. Alfred Coleiro hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Eric Donnarumma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Fliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Morais came free, but Pankracy Zawacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Full Fart Framåt's Eric Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Fliz in the 10th minute of play. Eric Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Coleiro in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Alfred Coleiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Donnarumma was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 18 played minutes Jean-Pierre Barda rounded Meerkats FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 20th minute, Kent Svanberg made a precise shot to the right of Pankracy Zawacki. Meerkats FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 28th minute of the match, Wilson Morais tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pankracy Zawacki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Crespo got free with Pankracy Zawacki in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30thth minute of the game Jean-Pierre Barda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute Ildefonso Fliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Morais in the 33rd minute of play forced Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Donnarumma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Ghinescu in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Wilson Morais reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pankracy Zawacki. The goal made the score 4-1. In the 47th minute Ildefonso Fliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Fliz was the one to do the kick off. Pankracy Zawacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Svanberg in the 51st minute of play. Eric Donnarumma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Coleiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Morais came free, but Pankracy Zawacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Coleiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Eric Donnarumma made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Aron Ghinescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Donnarumma was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Eric Donnarumma was a little too slow when Ildefonso Fliz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 4-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Full Fart Framåt fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! 4-4 came in the 77th minute when Shaun De Battista all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Eric Donnarumma. With a little luck, Full Fart Framåt's Eric Donnarumma got control of the ball when Ildefonso Fliz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pankracy Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shaun De Battista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Coleiro in the 84th minute of play forced Full Fart Framåt's goalkeeper Eric Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Donnarumma made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ildefonso Fliz sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christer Bolin during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Christer Bolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Alfred Coleiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
