In the 5th minute Thomas Vollmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Well-Well Waack recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matías Mendes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Angelsø got free with Mikolaj Jerzyk in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Adam Pacholewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Waack in the 21st minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Zonta. In the 27th minute, André de Senna had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Thomas Vollmar's late challenge caught a Izaltina FAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Vollmar helped the player get up and apologised. Matías Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Pacholewski in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Alves saved Izaltina FAD from getting behind. A well-hit corner resulted in Adam Pacholewski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. William Angelsø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Vollmar made a kick off. In the 50th minute Matías Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Mendes in the 52nd minute of the match. Izaltina FAD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benito Lain in the 54th minute. William Angelsø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Jerzyk having to interfere. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Waack in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Well-Well Waack left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Izaltina FAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Angelsø in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikolaj Jerzyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute Newcastle United were awarded a corner. Zé Paulo Zonta went to the cornerflag to take it. Manuel Alves made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Pankracy Malicki sent off a good shot on target. William Angelsø scored 2-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Filip Orling hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Izaltina FAD had won after a very even match.
