Edmond Verdun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sezen Arısal went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezen Arısal in the 13th minute of play. Ionel Grigorie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmond Verdun having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Ado in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mari Juanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mari Juanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erkan Usal came free, but Edmond Verdun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mari Juanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Ado in the 24th minute. Mari Juanes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pastor Ado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 25 minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmond Verdun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sezen Arısal's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Prestes in the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's Hipolito Neron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mari Juanes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The CİMBOMBOM supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CİMBOMBOM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
