Darkness's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prospero Jerardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Ado in the 39th minute of play forced Darkness's goalkeeper Gianluigi Ogazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Isidro Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Ogazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Mauro Rameriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Prospero Jerardo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Darkness's Gianluigi Ogazon. Gianluigi Ogazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Macias made a kick off. With his leg Gianluigi Ogazon managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Errecaborda AFC's Pastor Ado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Macias in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Darkness's Gianluigi Ogazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Jerardo in the 61st minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Isidro Gines sped through Darkness's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gianluigi Ogazon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Ado in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gianluigi Ogazon saved Darkness from getting behind. Gianluigi Ogazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Jerardo in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Pastor Ado lined in a short shot 1-6 behind a frustrated Gianluigi Ogazon. Jose Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Prospero Jerardo came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Errecaborda AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Jerardo couldn't finish the play. Gianluigi Ogazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Jerardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Errecaborda AFC's Prospero Jerardo managed to work through Darkness's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Prospero Jerardo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 83rd minute, Darkness's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pastor Ado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 85 minutes, Domingos Etor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Darkness and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingos Etor hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, Errecaborda AFC's Isidro Gines nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gianluigi Ogazon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. In the 91st minute Sergio Busquets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianluigi Ogazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Gines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Errecaborda AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
