After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Juan Jurdan came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Chuscha FC - Ψ - fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Jurdan couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Osoitz in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thomas Avila. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cirilo Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Danilo Rocio sent off a good shot on target. Efrain Berriotxoa charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Berriotxoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Chuscha FC - Ψ - was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Berriotxoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Osoitz lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teobaldo Osoitz was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Osoitz in the 53rd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Chuscha FC - Ψ -:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. Tomas Illescas did an outstanding performance 58 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-1 to the right of an irritated Cirilo Demario in the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Teobaldo Osoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Teobaldo Osoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chuscha FC - Ψ - made a substitution. Abelardo Katia replaced Lisandro Jerrold. Efrain Berriotxoa made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jose Correa. The supporters of Chuscha FC - Ψ - booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Teobaldo Osoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Osoitz in the 99th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chuscha FC - Ψ - had won after a very even match.
