Korneliusz Felenak was slow to take the kick. During this time RAKMO's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Luo Quan Liang advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-0 in the 17th minute. 庄潮勇's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 庄潮勇 helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to RAKMO getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. 庄潮勇 hit a great ball. If Antoni Olchowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cyryl Soszka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in RAKMO's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyryl Soszka came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Olchowy in the 61st minute of play. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazcano Rio in the 67th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, 庄潮勇 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RAKMO's supporters crossed their fingers, but 庄潮勇 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If 庄潮勇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute.
