Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. After 7 minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Emerson Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Saldanha in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Paraíba saved Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamilton Luis got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Saldanha in the 27th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Adelino Saldanha. But to his dismay, Adelino Saldanha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Paraíba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the game, Adelino Saldanha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Adelino Saldanha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Adelino Saldanha did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adelino Saldanha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 55th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Emerson Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Tomas Illescas in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emerson Paraíba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 73rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert to fire away a dangerous shot which Emerson Paraíba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Emerson Paraíba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Falcão Soeiro got a free kick in the 85th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 96 minutes of play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Francisco da Cunha made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jumeuc Futebol Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
