Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guaberto Otoniel got the match started through his kick off. When Guaberto Otoniel came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the El CUERVO perfeto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Otoniel couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Guaberto Otoniel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Guaberto Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The supporters of El CUERVO perfeto booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emilio Gabirel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 86th minute of play forced El CUERVO perfeto's goalkeeper Gavino Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the El CUERVO perfeto defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Mendez. The El CUERVO perfeto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Mendez should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Uruguay were the better team. Uruguay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
