Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Petter Skarkman made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Moore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petter Skarkman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Marco Day skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 8 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Näver to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 19th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Bolo Skjold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bolo Skjold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 22nd minute of play. Petter Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Petter Skarkman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Petter Skarkman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michael Näver who took care of the corner kick. 38 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bolo Skjold. Protegéerna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Jenson Smith came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacob May was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Monty Rogers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 51 minutes into the match, USA's Monty Rogers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bolo Skjold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petter Skarkman in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Lundin came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match Protegéerna got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michael Näver ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Michael Näver almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Skarkman in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Petter Skarkman made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Protegéerna made a substitution. Jonny Ånger replaced Arman Lingren. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. After 72 minutes Protegéerna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Monty Rogers who took care of the corner kick. Petter Skarkman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Låsberg struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Bradley in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Python, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Marco Baker notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold. Bolo Skjold was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute, Sam Campbell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bolo Skjold was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Protegéerna throughout the match.
