Maikol Colon started the match with the kick off. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jupp Ota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abram Sarmiento fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Abram Sarmiento a yellow card for diving instead. Denis Uzuri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Uzuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Uzuri saved CD SHETTANI from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as CD SHETTANI's Soyuncu Lothe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. Denis Uzuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Denis Uzuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Uzuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Leo Blen in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 51 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Denis Uzuri managed to make a qualified save. CD SHETTANI's players were relieved. The supporters of Colombia booed when CD SHETTANI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Blen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Uzuri was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Santino Seco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santino Seco really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. CD SHETTANI made a substitution. Gabe Ebbe replaced Leo Blen. 60 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ülo Nõmmoja came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Uzuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 63rd minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Uzuri was left in no man's land by his defense there! CD SHETTANI's Guter Noya was substituted for Soyuncu Lothe. Ignacio Mastache spun around in front of the goal 74 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of CD SHETTANI's goal. The audience was convinced that Abram Secada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Uzuri was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maikol Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Maikol Colon came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the CD SHETTANI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maikol Colon couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colombia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
