The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luca Espinar helped the player get up and apologised. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Radowit Wozniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radowit Wozniak saved Husaria from getting behind. After having played for 30 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marian Domala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radowit Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 39th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Janusz Kapelski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Husaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Janusz Kapelski hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Domala in the 51st minute of play. Luca Espinar got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 58th minute of play forced Husaria's goalkeeper Radowit Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. In the 67th match minute, Husaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Kapelski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Husaria's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radowit Wozniak came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 72nd minute. The throw-in from Wladyslaw Blochowiak in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. 80 minutes into the match, Husaria's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Radowit Wozniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Blochowiak threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radowit Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honduras's attentive Edmundo Espiga managed to snatch the ball when Wladyslaw Blochowiak made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. Despite being the better team, Honduras failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
