Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Ron Westerink made the kick off and thus started the match. Jeffrey Siemers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. After 11 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. Jeffrey Siemers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeffrey Siemers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Villa took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeffrey Siemers. Jeffrey Siemers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Bierunese getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Leendert Geers hit a great ball. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeffrey Siemers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes Bierunese got a freekick which was hit by Govert Teunisse. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bierunese's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Westerink came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeffrey Siemers having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeffrey Siemers saved Bierunese from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeffrey Siemers having to interfere. The supporters of Honduras booed when Bierunese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huib Alberts didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Bierunese got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Huib Alberts ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the Bierunese defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeffrey Siemers. The Bierunese fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeffrey Siemers should have stopped the shot. Jeffrey Siemers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 63rd minute of play. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Ron Westerink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bierunese! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jeffrey Siemers. 4-0. Christian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeffrey Siemers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Christian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jeffrey Siemers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeffrey Siemers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeffrey Siemers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Edmundo Espiga scored 7-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeffrey Siemers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeffrey Siemers saved Bierunese from getting behind. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
