Pakorro AFC's Bogdan Samokovliyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 13th minute of play. Bogdan Samokovliyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 30 played minutes Pakorro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Walter. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Samokovliyski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the game, Cheng Le Xing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Cheng Le Xing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cheng Le Xing to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheng Le Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Samokovliyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Bogdan Samokovliyski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Etxatxu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaap Stam made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pakorro AFC's goalkeeper Bogdan Samokovliyski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Giampietro, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pakorro AFC could leave the field as winners, despite Peru having more of the ball for most of the match.
