Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) AKS Kozienice's Alfred Drab started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kacper Prosowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Burufski in the 20th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kacper Prosowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucjan Burufski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kacper Prosowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Burufski in the 31st minute of play. Julio Vera stood somewhat misplaced when Alfred Drab came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 32 minute. After 34 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Lee Lel. In the 35th minute, Lee Lel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Lucjan Burufski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-2. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Kacper Prosowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Meireles. After 58 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Chodzinski. AKS Kozienice's Kacper Prosowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save AKS Kozienice from getting a goal against them. A collision led to AKS Kozienice getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ryszard Jaszyna hit a great ball. Goizeder Cepeda charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goizeder Cepeda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Ecuador's Luis Andino in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AKS Kozienice's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKS Kozienice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Lucjan Burufski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Lucjan Burufski came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the AKS Kozienice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Burufski couldn't finish the play. Kacper Prosowski made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. When Lucjan Burufski came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the AKS Kozienice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Burufski couldn't finish the play. AKS Kozienice succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
