Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Ravelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thomas Ravelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Wang Rong Jing dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 23rd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Thomas Ravelli managed to reach the ball for a save. A nice corner shot did that Cristian Sancho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thomas Ravelli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Thomas Ravelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Wang Rong Jing got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match Cristian Sancho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Ravelli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Onur Ali Batıhan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

51 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r a penalty, 52 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wang Rong Jing, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 2-1. After 63 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. In the 64th minute, Wang Rong Jing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onur Ali Batıhan in the 68th minute of play. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thomas Ravelli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Thomas Ravelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Thomas Ravelli didn't even have to move. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Ravelli having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wang Rong Jing in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abidin Taşkın ran over to the corner to take the kick. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onur Ali Batıhan in the 95th minute of the match.
