Mario Fernandino's late challenge caught a Unicorns ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Fernandino helped the player get up and apologised. Mario Fernandino hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the game, Unicorns ™'s Calistrat Mihalcea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Freixa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Bodea in the 13th minute of play. In the 20th minute Petrică Ţirpescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alfredo Ferrant got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Iustinian Petre hit a great ball. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petrică Ţirpescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Codrin Boc notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Bolivia's Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute of the game Octavian Chivu made a throw-in which Codrin Boc played forward. Isac Drâmba was a little too slow when Eduardo Fontirroig got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 1-3. After the first half Unicorns ™ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 50th minute. Unicorns ™ were furious when Aurel Huștiu was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 59 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Huștiu. In the 60th minute of the match Mario Fernandino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isac Drâmba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Alfonso de la Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unicorns ™ the free kick. In the 66th minute, Alfonso de la Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Petrică Ţirpescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calistrat Mihalcea to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the game, Calistrat Mihalcea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unicorns ™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Calistrat Mihalcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Isac Drâmba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivia. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustinian Petre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iustinian Petre during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iustinian Petre kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Petrică Ţirpescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save.
