Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Råbi FF's Rigoberto Pacifico got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Pålsson. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
