With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gordon Schmedemann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jörg Bork hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Hervé Luce scored 7-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gordon Schmedemann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, FC Germania München's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrille Heck came free, but Gordon Schmedemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
