Leif Västberg made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Răzvan Geolgău sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Glanselius came free, but Narcis Coman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Dinu Băbescu got a free kick in the 21st minute. Plan B's Leif Västberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorinel Munteanu in the 23rd minute of play. Rune Bergman hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Plan B's Per-Olof Glanselius got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 37 minutes Granicerul's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddie Ström who took care of the corner kick. Granicerul's Răzvan Geolgău pulled a muscle in his leg after 38 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gustaf Sillén hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Toader Gabrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Västberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Dinu Băbescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Leif Västberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorinel Munteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Leontin Neața received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Leif Västberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Dorinel Munteanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Leif Västberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Plan B's Timmy Sandwall dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Miclea in the 73rd minute of play forced Plan B's goalkeeper Leif Västberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Timmy Sandwall put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Narcis Coman. 86 minutes into the match, Per-Olof Glanselius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narcis Coman. Granicerul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Olof Glanselius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Granicerul's goalkeeper Narcis Coman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Rune Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Plan B were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Granicerul's much stronger midfield.
