After a rather tough play, istanbulls's Nafiz Özaydın got a free kick in the 4th minute. Adam Majorski's late challenge caught a istanbulls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adam Majorski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, one of Skrwa Sikórz:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Skrwa Sikórz. The referee gave istanbulls a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by İsmail Hakkı Mahşer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Skrwa Sikórz's Patryk Traczewski. 0-1. Skrwa Sikórz's Patryk Traczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Özdinç in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match istanbulls got a corner. Skrwa Sikórz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İsmail Hakkı Mahşer ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on istanbulls's corner İsmail Hakkı Mahşer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patryk Traczewski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 21st minute, Brajan Komorowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 played minutes Skrwa Sikórz got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Kaider. If Haydar Özdinç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes, Brajan Komorowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skrwa Sikórz and the istanbulls players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Haydar Özdinç made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in istanbulls's zone, Konrad Galus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hüsrev Can came out of the goal and Konrad Galus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Konrad Galus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hüsrev Can was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The supporters of istanbulls booed when Skrwa Sikórz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Siedlecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Haydar Özdinç kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patryk Traczewski. That made the score 0-2 in the 57 minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Patryk Traczewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haydar Özdinç. Konrad Galus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Tomasz Siedlecki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skrwa Sikórz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. istanbulls's Hüsrev Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Galus in the 85th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Tomasz Siedlecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüsrev Can saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. istanbulls's Haydar Özdinç was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
