When Leon Gardocki got free in front of the goal in the 8th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Sönke Odenwälder was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Brytka came free, but Sönke Odenwälder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Dominik Brytka notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Sönke Odenwälder. Sönke Odenwälder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carsten Schaub showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Wincent Jaworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carsten Schaub in the 44th minute of the match. Leon Gardocki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sönke Odenwälder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Dominik Brytka made the kick off in the second half. Sönke Odenwälder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Brytka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes in the game Ture Nadolski did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bruce Pesch. 61 minutes into the game, Dominik Brytka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lipa KS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. the free kick. Wincent Jaworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolko Röhmer in the 64th minute of the match. Wincent Jaworski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolko Röhmer in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Nettig in the 67th minute of play forced Lipa KS's goalkeeper Wincent Jaworski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Fritz Nettig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Jaworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lipa KS getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Leon Gardocki hit a great ball. Sönke Odenwälder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Zukowski in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match, Dominik Brytka got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sönke Odenwälder was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 81st minute Fritz Nettig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Jaworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Dejo lost his temper 84 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lipa KS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! In the 85th minute there was a penalty for SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.. Carsten Schaub stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wincent Jaworski. 3-1. After having played for 92 minutes, Ksawery Zukowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipa KS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ksawery Zukowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wincent Jaworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Nettig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
