Spectators: 495 (Terracing: 372, Seating: 114, VIP seats: 9) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Romulo Hotz kicked off to start the match. When Freddie Downs fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Recolta Alamor's protests and gave Freddie Downs a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Recolta Alamor getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Freddie Downs hit a great ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Recolta Alamor's goalkeeper German Whitley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nicasio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vernon Kirkland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. German Whitley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Hotz in the 25th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Recolta Alamor's Peter Pujols slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicasio Loco. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marlin Cano got free with Nicasio Loco in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Hotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. German Whitley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

51 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Hotz came free, but German Whitley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romulo Hotz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but German Whitley made a huge save. The supporters of VAMO ARRIBA booed when Recolta Alamor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vern Smalls didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, VAMO ARRIBA's Emanuel Argoitz got a free kick in the 76th minute. Nicasio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vernon Kirkland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Loco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claude Vilter, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With an all-out effort, VAMO ARRIBA's German Whitley threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anibal Ortzi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Freddie Downs was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Downs to maneuver through the defense.

Recolta Alamor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
