Christian Pelliccioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílton Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Vieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Vieri in the 12th minute of the match. After 14 minutes, Wilson Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasiliense FC and the Gonzo Style f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes Brasiliense FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Reis. In the 20th minute, Clemente Lopez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Pelliccioni. The goal made the score 1-0. Damiano Mian charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damiano Mian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gonzo Style f.c getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Damiano Mian hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Gonzo Style f.c were awarded a corner. Dennis Pagliarini went to the cornerflag to take it. Lúcio Furtado thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Abel Ortiz, a very annoying self made goal in the 34th minute which led to 1-1. Abel Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Vieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Lopez in the 41st minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Christian Pelliccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adalberto Donato to make the kick off. Gonzo Style f.c's Christian Pelliccioni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Donato in the 51st minute of play. In the 58th minute, Dennis Pagliarini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Adalberto Donato sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gonzo Style f.c's Christian Pelliccioni didn't even have to move. 70 minutes into the game, Adalberto Donato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Christian Pelliccioni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Wilson Reis hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Wilson Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Vieri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adalberto Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Brasiliense FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
