A collision led to Gracie Barra getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Igor Pirani hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Igor Pirani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Frontera. The goal made the score 1-0. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Christian Frontera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo ScrugenFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Igor Pirani got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 33 minutes into the match, Tiago Godoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Frontera. Deportivo ScrugenFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiago Godoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Elia Minguez notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Gracie Barra's Leopoldo Queirós. Leopoldo Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiago Godoi made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Igor Pirani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Frontera. Deportivo ScrugenFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Pirani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Fagondo Suane kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doni Ramalho in the 64th minute of play forced Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper Christian Frontera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lluis Pavieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Queirós made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Elia Minguez sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Marcelo Deco got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fagondo Suane received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leopoldo Queirós came out and tried to block the shot, but Fagondo Suane slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 86th minute. When Hélio Reis fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gracie Barra's protests and gave Hélio Reis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gracie Barra getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hélio Reis hit a great ball. Rencio Peral might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Queirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rencio Peral ran back to his position shaking his head. Leopoldo Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lluis Pavieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Elia Minguez took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Queirós. Leopoldo Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Elia Minguez started the play with his kick off. After 104 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Esquipula Manriquez. After 106 minutes of play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Elia Minguez made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Gracie Barra supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo ScrugenFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo ScrugenFC.
