In the 5th minute, FERRABARCA FC's Antonio Faxardo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Danny Gabiña. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogerio Troche kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Danny Gabiña was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Weterio Arozamena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Cordarin Bolimburu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogerio Troche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Santillion in the 25th minute of play forced FERRABARCA FC's goalkeeper Cordarin Bolimburu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Weterio Arozamena's late challenge caught a Lealtad Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Weterio Arozamena helped the player get up and apologised. Weterio Arozamena hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Antonio Faxardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Gabiña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Antonio Faxardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Danny Gabiña. Antonio Faxardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After 36 minutes, Xurdin Melon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lealtad Futbol Club and the FERRABARCA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 36 played minutes Lealtad Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Xurdin Melon. 42 minutes into the match, Lealtad Futbol Club's goalkeeper Danny Gabiña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Morillo. Danny Gabiña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Morillo in the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

FERRABARCA FC made a substitution. Rik Lagunas replaced Americo Orchua. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zemario Pi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cordarin Bolimburu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abel Santillion in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zemario Pi in the 55th minute of play forced Lealtad Futbol Club's goalkeeper Danny Gabiña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FERRABARCA FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Julen Hoyuelos hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Daniel Sandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordarin Bolimburu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Julen Hoyuelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Faxardo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Danny Gabiña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FERRABARCA FC. Cordarin Bolimburu made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Fortunato Victorica sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Zemario Pi put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Danny Gabiña.

Lealtad Futbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
