After 18 played minutes ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院 got a freekick which was hit by 何傲铮. 21 minutes into the match, 李天昂 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aprígio Eanes, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Mauro Barata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aprígio Eanes made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when 李天昂 sent off a good shot on target. Aprígio Eanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by 李天昂 in the 37th minute. 李天昂 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Aprígio Eanes made a huge save. 43 minutes into the game, Aprígio Campos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when 赵岩松 came free, but Aprígio Eanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 巩飞震 in the 65th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Aprígio Eanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, 李天昂 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aprígio Eanes. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aprígio Eanes should have stopped the shot. 温海冰 was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of VB-Team booed when ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. 温海冰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Menezes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 贺梁景 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Aprígio Eanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 巩飞震, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 赵岩松 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Aprígio Eanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Aprígio Campos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. 贺梁景 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's 方思皓 got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute 巩飞震 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aprígio Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 方思皓 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aprígio Eanes having to make a save.
