Klement Badanowski hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Olaf Dobilas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Kornatowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karol Kornatowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes KANONIERZY got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Urban. In the 54th match minute, KANONIERZY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wlodzimierz Mochadlo to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Cezary Duda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KS Ruch Chorzów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KANONIERZY the free kick. Bartosz Pisarcik hit a great ball. Boleslaw Chlapowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Dziechciowski went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.

The KANONIERZY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KS Ruch Chorzów's performance. The match ended with a win for KS Ruch Chorzów.
